What's the return timeframe?
For most purchases, we offer a 7-day return window (with exclusions listed below).
The return window starts when your package is marked "Delivered" by the tracking system. You then have 7 days (including weekends and holidays) to request a return/exchange. No return/exchange requests can be submitted after this 7-day period. What are the item return requirements?
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags or hanging ribbons intact. Are there any return fees?
Return costs are as follows:
- For domestic order refunds: 20% restocking fee + $12 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label
- For domestic exchanges: $12 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label + $12 (per item) for shipping of the new item(s)
- For international order refunds: 20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we can't provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Choose a tracked shipping method and provide the tracking number for the returned package.
- For international exchanges: As we're unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders, you'll be responsible for actual shipping costs both ways.
Please note that expedited or international shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are there specific rules for exchanges?
To avoid the restocking fee, we only allow direct exchanges for the same item in a different size.
If you want a different color or a completely different item, request a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Keep in mind, any item received as part of an exchange is considered a final sale and not eligible for further refund or exchange. What if the item is faulty?
In the rare event of a defective item, you must initiate the return request within 72 hours of receiving it, providing detailed photos.
After this period, any return request will follow the standard return terms mentioned earlier. Therefore, it's essential to inspect your item upon arrival!
Please note that any defective item will be replaced with the exact same item ordered. Requests for a different variation or a completely different item will follow the standard return and exchange terms. How do I start a return?
You can submit a return request through our returns portal. What's the deadline for sending back the item after I submit my request?
For domestic orders: Your return package must be postmarked and in transit within 5 business days after receiving the prepaid return shipping label.
For international orders: As return shipping is your responsibility, ensure to provide us with the tracking number for your return package within 5 business days after your return request is approved. When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed upon receiving your package and confirming that the returned items meet our criteria. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Which items can't be returned or exchanged?
Exclusions include:
- Quinceañera dresses and other special-order dresses
- Outlet items
- Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
- Any item received as part of an exchange
Identifying returnable items is simple: Check for the "Easy Returns" badge on the product page. If it's present, the item is returnable. If not, it's not eligible for return. Regarding Sizing / Alterations
Sizes shown on product pages are in U.S. sizes provided by the designer.
Designers may use different sizing conventions, so refer to the measuring guide on each product page and match it with the product's size chart for the best fit!
Keep in mind that various body shapes often require alterations, especially for special occasion dresses, ensuring the perfect fit for you!
